Bar Examination Of India 2010

To maintain and improve the legal standards of India, a consensus has been reached between the Supreme Court of India, Ministry of Law and Bar Council of India (BCI) to conduct a bar examination for fresh law graduates. Only the successful candidates would be allowed to practice in Indian courts.

To further this objective, the Directorate of Legal Education (DLE) set up by the BCI has initiated steps to conduct a qualifying bar examination in August-September 2010. DLE has also framed appropriate rules for the smooth conduction of the exam.

To facilitate effective and successful clearance of this exam and all law related and judicial exams, Perry4Law Techno-Legal Base (PTLB) has started an initiative in this regard. The same is titled as “Bar Examinations In India” and its first batch of online bar examination coaching and training would start in the month of July/August 2010.

The seats for the same are limited and it would be beneficial if an early seat is taken. Get an early enrollment and confirm a seat before they are gone.

Online Bar Entrance Training In India

Bar examinations have been made mandatory in India. Till now all that was needed to practice in a court of law was a law degree from a recognised university. To improve the quality of lawyers in India and to bring legal reforms in India, this proposal has been mooted out. It has the support of Supreme Court of India, Law Ministry of India,. Bar Council of India and many other stakeholders.

The first batch of bar examinations would start in the month of July/August/September 2010. Time is running very short for the serious applicants as they have to make it sure that they clear their examination or entrance.

Perry4Law Techno-Legal Base (PTLB) is a world renowned name in techno-legal field. Among various services, it also provides training and coaching to law students, lawyers and other professionals. The first batch of bar examination would be started by it very soon. Interested applicants must visit the Bar Examination Portal of PTLB and meet the specified conditions to get enrolled.

Seats are very limited and would be offered on first come first basis. Although, it is an online training and coaching course, arrangements can also be made for fact to face training and coaching if 50 or more applicants desire so.
